Overview
When you log in to Cernel, the Dashboard is the first thing you see. It displays an activity feed of all enrichment jobs across your organization, with the most recent activity at the top.Dashboard Layout
Top Stats
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see key metrics:- Active Jobs: Number of enrichment jobs currently running
- Pending Review: Items waiting for your review and approval
- Completed Today: Jobs successfully finished in the last 24 hours
- Token Usage: Your organization’s current token consumption
Token usage is tracked organization-wide and resets monthly based on your billing cycle.
Job Activity Feed
The main section displays all your enrichment jobs as cards, showing:- Job Status: Visual indicator (Running, Completed, Failed, Needs Attention)
- Progress Bar: Real-time completion percentage
- Product Count: Number of products being enriched
- Attributes: Which product attributes are being generated
- Initiator: Team member who started the job
- Timestamp: When the job was created
- Quick Actions: View details, review results, or retry failures
Filtering Jobs
Use the filter tabs to focus on specific job types:- All
- Needs Attention
- My Actions
Shows every job regardless of status—useful for seeing complete history
Search and Advanced Filters
Click the filter icon to access advanced search options:- Date Range: Filter by when jobs were created
- Status: Show only Running, Completed, or Failed jobs
- Initiator: See jobs started by specific team members
- Product/Category: Search for jobs affecting specific products or collections
- Job ID: Look up a specific job by its unique identifier
Job Status Indicators
Jobs are color-coded by status for easy identification:| Status | Color | Meaning |

| Pending | Gray | Job queued, waiting to start |
| Running | Blue | AI actively generating content |
| Completed | Green | All products enriched successfully |
| Partial Success | Yellow | Some products succeeded, some failed |
| Failed | Red | Job encountered errors and stopped |
| Action Required | Orange | Needs your review or intervention |
Real-Time Updates
The Dashboard updates automatically as jobs progress—no need to refresh the page. You’ll see:- Progress bars updating as products complete
- Status changes when jobs finish
- New jobs appearing as team members start enrichments
- Completion notifications
You can safely navigate away from the Dashboard while jobs run. All enrichments process in the background and you’ll see updated status when you return.
Interacting with Jobs
View Job Details
Click any job card to see detailed information:- Individual product status (success/failure)
- Attribute-by-attribute progress
- AI-generated content
- Error messages for failures
- Complete job configuration
Review Results
For completed jobs:- Click “Review Results” on the job card
- Open the job detail page with all enriched products
- Click individual products to see AI-generated content
- Accept, edit, or reject each attribute
- Apply approved changes back to your store
Retry Failed Items
If a job has failures:- Click the job card to open details
- Filter to show only failed products
- Click “Retry Failed” to reprocess them
- Cernel creates a new job for just the failures (no need to re-enrich successful products)

Make it a habit to review the “Needs Attention” tab each day to catch any jobs that need your review or action. This ensures enrichments don’t get stuck waiting.

If you need to find a job from weeks or months ago, use the date range filter rather than scrolling through the entire activity feed.

The sidebar shows a badge with the count of active jobs. If this number seems stuck for a long time, click into the Dashboard to check for issues.

Empty States
If your Dashboard is empty, you’ll see helpful messages:- No Activity: “No enrichment jobs yet—start by enriching some products”
- No Matches: “No jobs match your filters—try adjusting your search criteria”
- All Caught Up: “You’re all caught up! No jobs need attention right now”
