Collections vs. Groups
When viewing products, you can filter by Collections or Groups: Collections (Platform Categories):- Imported from your e-commerce platform
- Manually curated by you
- Hierarchical structure (parent/child)
- Example: “Clothing → Men’s → Shirts”
- Defined in Cernel with automatic rules
- Products assigned based on conditions
- Example: “Products where price > $100 AND color = Red”
Empty States
If no products are visible:- No Products Synced: Connect your store or upload a feed
- No Matches: Adjust your search or filters
- Collection Empty: This category has no products assigned
Multi-Site Products
If you have multiple sites (e.g., US and EU stores), you can:- Use the site selector to view product data from each site
- See which attributes differ between sites
- Enrich specific sites independently or all at once
Multi-language enrichment requires separate sites with different language settings. See Multi-Language Content for details.
Best Practices

Use Collections for Context
